Service Statement
We offer ideas for visual improvement, materials for effective renovation, components for sound repairs, elements to use in extensions, appearance improvement schemes, alternatives to existing material on a client's site, and alternative components to fill a bill of quantities. As well we can suggest controls over material and labour costs through project management advice.

We have a technically qualified staff of over thirty people, capabilities in documentation, shop drawing skills, specification writing, departments such as patternmaking, drafting, all of them backed up by rigorous quality control measures. Careful mapping of installation procedure is a key service we provide regularly.
Capabilities and Services
It is our normal practice to create a scope of works and sometimes a bill of quantities. After approval we create a quotation. This might be a conforming quotation or a variation with nominated benefits. We find that economies often arise from a change of approach.
We will then if required provide a list of contractors who have completed satisfactory work with the selected product and will be on hand to support installation procedures. Inspection and reporting on finished work can be arranged if required.
Fee Structure & Clients
Initial consultation, completely free of charge.
A service agreement will be created to include the following: writing a draft proposal to meet the requirements of a formal brief; development of a design brief with scaled drawings; and attendance on site with installation workshops.
