Yes! We do deliver our products Australia Wide. In metro areas we offer a pick up option from our warehouse.

Does Melgrand staff come out to site?
Yes, our sales staff is happy to arrange a site meeting with you.
Does Melgrand offer Installation services?
No, Melgrand as a manufacturer provides a supply-only service and does not offer any Installation services. However if required we will provide a list of contractors who have completed satisfactory work with our products.
Are Melgrand products made for the exterior or interior?
Our products are predominately designed for the exterior - however we do make to order interior products. Please enquire with Melgrand Customer Service.
What lengths are Architectural Profiles availabe at?
All of our profiles come in standard 2.4m and 3.0m lengths. We do offer custom made lengths if required - please enquire with Customer Service.
What are Melgrand Products made of?
We use various processes and materials for our products, our product types are GRC (Glass reinforced Concrete), Casted Lightweight Concrete, Dry Cast (Pressed Cement) and Rendered Lightweight EPS.

Does Melgrand manufacture custom made products
Yes, we do.
Are Melgrand Products fire proof?
Yes, our GRC and Solid Lightweight Type products are manufactured of non-combustible materials.
Do all orders have to be prepaid?
All Melgrand product is made to order and require a deposit to be paid for processing.
How do I find out if Stock is available?
Our warehouses hold only limited amount of stock. Stock availibility must be queried with Customer Service - please call 1300 663 118 or via email@example.com
Are Payments by Credit Card over phone are accepted?
Yes, we do accept Credit Card over the phone - however for all Credit Card payments a surcharge of 1.5% applies.
